Dan Turns 30!

Yesterday Dan hit the big 3-0! He went biking during the day to celebrate abut sadly got snowed and rained out! Got to love the mountain weather. We hung out as a family in the afternoon then had a simple BBQ at our house with cake! We ended the night by going out for pizza with friends. It was a simple birthday nothing as extravagant as I would have originally thought to do for his 30th birthday but it was a nice day and I know he had a great time. Maybe we will be able to have a big party with all of his friends when things get a little less chaotic around here! Here are a few pictures.

Marshal's 4th Birthday Party!

Well my little boy turned 4 on May 25! It's hard for me to believe that I became a mother just over four years ago. Marshal celebrated his birthday with his friends with a, "fast race car" party that we held at the church. It was a simple party but he had a ton of fun and was so happy to be able to spend his day with friends. We played duck duck goose, the kids played with toys around the gym, raced cars down the ramp, we ate pizza, coloured wooden cars, had a dance party on the stage, opened presents and had cupcakes. Everything seemed to be a huge hit with all the little kiddies!

                      

                       

Pardon the excessive amount of photos but as always these are the memories we want to have for our family! I think the photos tell all of the joy that was had at the party. Thanks so much to everyone that helped me out with the party and to all of Marshal's friends who came to celebrate his special day with him!
